Booking your Crewed charter yacht vacation with Distinctive Voyages:

In order to book your crewed charter yacht vacation, we need know:

When and where you want to cruise.
How many are in your party?
Do you prefer a sailing yacht or a power yacht?
What type of craft do you prefer?
What is your approximate budget?
What type of vacations do you prefer? Active or relaxing?

Reserving a yacht is much like renting a private villa. The owner must set aside that time for you alone. For this reason, a substantial, non-refundable deposit is required at booking time. Travel Insurance is available and is recommended at time of deposit should you have to cancel for medical or unforeseen circumstances.

Yachts do get booked. For the best selection, plan on making your reservations months in advance. A 50% deposit is required. Final payment is due in our office 45 days prior to departure.

Once you have made your choice, we will prepare your contract. Your reservation will require a 50% deposit. We ask that you fill out a preference sheet. This assists the crew with preparing for your cruise. We will make arrangements with the captain and crew, developing menus and possible itineraries along with relaying your special requests and requirements.

Confirmation of your yacht charter reservation can only be given when we receive your deposit and signed contract in our office.
